(62) TUNNELING IN A CASE OF SEVERE CAVERNOUS FIBROSIS AFTER PENILE IMPLANT INFECTION

Abstract Objectives Penile implant can be a challenging procedure when cavernosal fibrosis is encountered. In some cases, second incision and more aggressive maneuvers may necessary, such as fibrotic tissue ressection, widening of the corporotomies, grafting in order to close cavernous bodies. Tunneling less invasive technique that allows development space inside body prosthesis. Methods We present case 36-year-old patient who underwent suspensory ligament section and, later on, an two-piece inflatable penile He presented our hospital month later, with sepsis penoscrotal abscess. After urgent removal prosthesis skin debridement, developed urethrocutaneous fistula was subsequently repaired. A physical examination performed, didn’t allow stretching. Patient scheduled for three-piece inflantable prostesis implant. Results this video we show step-wise management fibrosis.
